Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return & Exchange Conditions
You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the watch must be in its original condition that you received it unworn, unused, undamaged, and free from scratches with tags, and in its original packaging.

Items purchased under discounts or special offers are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired.


2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Cases
If the watch has been used or shows signs of damage.

If any accessories are missing (e.g., watch box, warranty booklet, or adjustment tools).

If the 3-day period has expired.

All prepaid orders are non-refundable, except in cases where delivery is delayed beyond 14 days from the promised delivery date.


3. Return / Exchange Process
Contact Customer Support via [Email / WhatsApp / Website Form].

Provide clear photos of the watch and its accessories along with the invoice.

Preliminary approval will be provided within 24 hours.

Ship the product (at your own expense) to our address (will be shared in the response).

After inspection, we will process the exchange or refund within 3–5 business days.


4. Refund Method
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method within 5 business days.

A fee of 8% will be deducted for payments made via Tamara, and 3% for card payments.

For Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be transferred to your bank account (please provide your IBAN).


5. Exceptions (Manufacturing Defects)
If a manufacturing defect is found (e.g., movement malfunction), you may request a free replacement or repair within the warranty period.

Please refer to the warranty policy included with your product.


6. Important Notes
We are not responsible for any damage occurring during shipping (insured shipping is recommended).

Requests may be rejected if the above conditions are not met.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
