About RCAPH

RCAPH operates through a global
production network and works with specialized manufacturing partners worldwide. Components may be sourced from Japan, Korea, China, Switzerland, and other regions depending on the collection and technical requirements.

Our long-term vision is to transition RCAPH into a fully Saudi-made watch manufacturer by 2027.

RCAPH currently operates primarily online. Selected RCAPH pieces may also be available through our authorized partners:

Most RCAPH watches use Japanese movements, primarily from Miyota. Some collections may also use Peacock or HZ movements depending on the technical requirements of the watch.
Certain movements are custom-configured exclusively for RCAPH collections, such as the Racer Series.

RCAPH watches use premium materials depending on each collection’s specifications, including 904L or 316L stainless steel, sapphire crystal, genuine natural stones, meteorite dials, and premium straps.

Yes. RCAPH provides a full watch-industry ecosystem for selected partners and projects.

Our services may include brand
strategy and positioning, watch design and development, manufacturing and
sourcing, packaging development, website development, product consultation, limited-edition production, production management, and quality control.

General Q&A

Ready-to-ship orders are usually delivered within 3–5 business days across GCC countries and 7–10 business days for international orders.
Pre-order watches are expected to be delivered within approximately 2 months from the order date. Success Partners will receive regular progress updates through social media, WhatsApp notifications, and website production-tracking updates.

Installment payment options are currently available only within Saudi Arabia for Saudi nationals and residents.

Yes. RCAPH provides after-sales support through our service centers in Bahrain and the UAE. Additional service locations may be added as RCAPH expands internationally.
To request service, the Success Partner should send a clear video showing the issue. Our team will review the case and provide the expected service timeline based on the issue, parts availability, and location.
Minor repairs may take 1–2 business days. Standard servicing usually takes 10–20 business days including shipping. Complex repairs or unavailable parts may require additional time. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, RCAPH will handle the repair according to the applicable warranty terms.

Yes. Warranty coverage ranges from 2 to 4 years depending on the collection and specifications of the watch.
